Juliette Nwagbara, founder of RHIA Essential, is a Health I.T educator at UT Austin, public speaker, student mentor, Board Member of the Morehouse Advisory Board Council, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, YouTuber, and a philanthropist. As a first-generation Nigerian-American, Nwagbara’s parents instilled the importance of education and hard work. This Houston native is now using those lessons to inspire her clients and mentees to achieve their highest potential. RHIA Essential currently serves Health I.T professionals all over the United States.

Nwagbara earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, Professional Certificate in Health Informatics from the University of Texas at Austin, and her Master of Science degree in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is RHIA, CRCR and PMP certified.
